Beginner - Get the Foundations Right

Duration: 60 Minutes

If you are reasonably fit and healthy then this is the right class for you - 60 minutes of yoga that will provide a great foundation for your yoga practice.

You will learn yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama) and relaxation (yoga nidra). But don’t worry; you don’t need to know what these terms mean to do this class. Anyone can learn yoga and this class is a great way to start.

Be prepared. Yoga is a work out and you’ll probably sweat, even in this Beginner yoga class.

Intermediate - For Experienced Yogis

Duration: 75 Minutes

Work up a sweat with sun salutations, tone and stretch with a wide range of asanas, focus and calm yourself with pranayama and melt into the most important yoga posture of all, savasana for deep relaxation.

All our yoga classes are designed to provide a perfect balance of physical work to release stress, breathing to oxygenate and relaxation to calm.

The workshops give you the opportunity to deepen your practice because you take more time to experience the different facets of yoga. Each workshop normally lasts between two and three hours.

The facets covered in the workshops not only include yoga philosophy, but also postures, body alignment, mobility, pranayama, and meditation.
